Early unpublished video shows that the incident on July 26 on the fourth street in the center of Cincinnati has included separate disputes in different places, with several people trying to end them.
About a minute in the video that was provided to Enquirer on August 1, one of the men who claims to be a victim can be heard to shout a racial stick: “Take this little n —–!” Initially, the video was posted on Facebook on July 27th.
Shortly afterwards, the 62-year-old man who shouts the racial stick eventually talks to two black men who seem to try to calm him down.
In addition, at the beginning of the video, the 62-year-old man can be heard to call three times to shout the same racial servant.
The Monnes Merveda family, one of the four people who were arrested in the incident, said he had spat and called racial rumors in an upcoming feud.
The new video was provided by lawyer Brandon Fox, who is another man arrested, 39-year-old Jermine Matthews.

Both Meriweather and Matthews face charges, including a criminal attack and aggravated riots. Officials said they coordinated an attack.
Police said Meriweather approached Matthews, whispered something to him, then approached a man from behind and struck him in the face. However, Fox said that Matthews didn’t even know Merveda.

Lawyer: Separate battles, no “racist crowd”
Fox told Enquirer that national and local voices are wrongly characterized by what actually happened.
“It was not a black, racist mafia who attacks people,” he said. “These were separate battles that were triggered by racial rumors that eventually poured gasoline on the fire.”
Fox said Matthews standing on the corner of the street in front of a business vehicle when a battle broke out on the sidewalk. Matthews tried to split the match, Fox said, and when he returned, a man kicked the vehicle.
When Matthew went to stand up to the man, the man clapped him in the face, Fox said. The man is not charged with the slap. Police claim that before Shamara Matthews is seen on videos with another person.
4 arrests, so far
A woman, the 24-year-old Dekira Vernon, is also against accusations of the incident. She is accused of criminal attack, attack and aggravated riots. According to court documents, Vernon is accused of hitting a woman in the face before the video shows that another person has also hit the woman in the face, which makes her lose consciousness.

On the evening of August 1, police announced that 37 -year -old Dominic Kitel was arrested around 18:20 on the same day. Kitten, the fourth suspect arrested, is also charged with a criminal attack and an aggravated rebellion.
Cincinnati police chief Teresa Teresa said on Monday that police would pursue accusations against other participants.
“Anyone who has put hands on another individual during this incident in an attempt to cause harm will face consequences,” Taitz said. “I’m not interested in which side of the incident or battle were.”
