Tuesday the storms can help the outbreak of wild fire in Alabama

A strong cold front, which will pull through the country overnight on Tuesday, brings chances of heavy weather, but is expected to reduce the risk of fire hazard.

The front is expected to move through Alabama from 19:00 Tuesday to 3am Wednesday and can drop an inch or more rain in most areas, a forecast for the forecast of the National Meteorological Service.

This is good news for crews that are struggling with a number of wild fires in the state of Friday afternoon.

Volunteers fight wild fires in Alabama

Dry conditions in alabama mean an increased risk of fires.

Very low levels of humidity and strong winds have led the Alabama Forestry Commission to issue a combustion consultations early in Friday, ending without a burning order on Sunday. On Saturday in Augauga County, four in Dallas County and one in Montgomery County, there were six wild fires.

On Saturday, Pine Level’s volunteer fire service announced that it was fighting and assisting in the fight against several of Augauga’s fires, the department published on social media. One of these fires burned “two residential structures”, the publication said.

For Sunday, there were 43 active fire, covering about 1.106 acres, and 121 contained fit fires covering about 3 717 acres.

The bigger part of the central alabama is referred to as “unusually dry”, the weekly reports on the land monitor, with the whole of Marengo and some of the Clark counties in southwestern alabama in “moderate” land.

There is a possibility of short, rotating tornado and wind lines up to 60 miles per hour.

“The area south of the US highway 80 and I-85 has a higher risk of tornado, depending on how much moisture it is in place when the line passes,” Goggin said. “This will be a very fast moving system, so there is no fear of flooding.”

The areas can see an inch up to an inch and a half, he said. There is a wind advice for the whole country from noon on Tuesday to 3:00 pm Wednesday, with resistant winds of 15 to 25 miles of ours and gusts up to 40 miles / h
