In today’s edition of Every Day is a new new hell, Donald Trump publishes Truth Social in defense of the supporter and a selected bureaucrat Elon Musk.
A true social post in which Donald Trump praised Elon Musk to help the nation and criticize those who boycott Tesla, calling a boycott illegal
Usually Trump’s social blurry is very incredible, but this one has tickled people … more special, lawyers and legal experts. Look, Trump said that “radical left -wing lunatic” is “trying to illegally and to boycott Tesla.”
Trump and Musk stand together; Trump in a suit with a red hat, musk in a black leather jacket, gesture while talking
For some context, that’s why Trump publishes this first. Since Musk joined the Trump administration, the price of Tesla shares has fallen. You can see in the diagram below that the price was just shy of $ 450 in January, and now it’s about $ 230. This is a 42%plus reduction in just a few months.

Of course, there are many factors that can affect the price of the shares (and many think that Tesla is overrated anyway), but one can imagine that the alienation of the largest group of EV buyers (liberals), as well as make a gesture that seems to be disturbing to a nation. Many car buyers boycott Tesla, and some Tesla owners – including, in particular, sheryl crow – trade in their carriage outside the protest.
Comments on the Subreddit of R/LAW – which, as you can imagine, discusses a lot of Trump very recently – it cannot overcome the stupidity of a specific section of the publication: where Trump calls a boycotting of Tesla “illegal.” Of course, the boycotts are not illegal: first, Americans have the right to protest on the first amendment (for now), and second, if it was illegal to boycott, the application would force everyone to buy Tesla (????).
Reddit comment by ystermait: “So I violate the law if I don’t buy it? It’s idiot”
Others at Subreddit have indicated that Trump’s post is much closer to being illegal from Tesla’s boycott because of the Luke law, which prevents the selected employees from participating in political campaigns.
Jacklegjr comment: “Know that Luke’s act is no longer effective. What is illegal is a stuck president who sells shit from the White House”
(LOL, do you remember when people took care of the hatch act?)
One commentator indicated that there was the 2018 Anti-Boykot Act, which would make a boycott illegal if it was “imposed” by a foreign country. Personally, I think it is much more likely that Americans are fed by nonsense.
Discussion of commentary on the legality of boycotting, citing the 2018 Anti-Boykot Act and a second commentary that it is impossible to force people to buy Teslas
Then there is also the fact that the current administration is a very vowel for termination of tax loans for purchases of electric vehicles. Along the trail of the campaign, Trump even falsely suggested that Kamala Harris would impose EVS and stop the sale of all gas cars.
The first user commented on how the administration eliminates EV loans, a second humorously responsible for electric vehicles buying eggs in the bathrooms
Seriously, the crowd of Maga was the least – not keen on EV, in general. Does Trump expect to buy Teslas now? Even more conservatively directed Cyberook is priced at $ 80,000. In this economy?
NO -ADVOCATION comment that says how they doubt Trump’s support will suddenly love electric cars now
Meanwhile, in R/Fauxmoi Subreddit, people are just joking:
Comment by Randomb: “This is really the baby of the Elon. He doesn’t care about this like the other 15 babies he has”
Personally, my beloved beaten in all this is that Trump said that people were “collapsing” boycotting. Uh, yes, overall, if you are boycotting, you encounter other people to do it.
Anyway, in all this, one thing is Pretttttty clear:
Comment from user beings: “Okay, so the boycott is obviously working.”
