President Donald Trump is not liked, and according to new polls, few Americans understand why someone would approve of the work he is doing.
This makes sense when you think it does objectively horrible work-see the ongoing fiasco of the tariffs, the condition of your retirement account and the still high cost of groceries-as they appear routinely on television, which fucked as a 78-year-old in mental decline.
When the World Series Champions in 2024 Los Angeles Dodgers visited the White House recently, Trump tried to talk about the team’s stability in the playoffs and turn, saying that any random assortment is: “When you are running out, you really have a healthy weapon. This is called baseball, and they were also steels, but they were called sports, called baseball, and they were steel, but they can say.
It’s called sports, people. And Trump is called the “president”, which is increasingly difficult to believe.
Trump’s tank polls show that no one is buying what sells
US President Donald Trump attended a Washington cabinet meeting in Washington, Colombia, USA, April 10, 2025.
Recent approval polls show that Trump slides: he has 13 percentage points under water in a recent Yougov survey, 12 points under water in a recent Quinnipiac poll and 5 points in the tank in the notorious Rasmussen Pro-Troump study.
According to yougov: “Trump’s net approval was reduced by 14 points, as the first Economist/Yougov survey then took office this year when 49% of Americans approved for him and did not approve of him.”
Opinion: Trump flashes at the tariffs, proving what we already knew. He is a chicken.
It is early in the president’s term to see such negative decency.
One explanations may be that Trump is uniquely bad for being president, as can be seen from his illogical and old -time insistence on tariffs. After starting a seamless attack on the tariffs on what he dumbly called “The Day of Liberation”, the world trade order is distorted in the gavrek, and the US markets have evolved from “wild bad” to “a little better, but still quite bad.”
Between making bad decisions, Trump says many inconsistent things
Let’s not help the general panic is the fact that Trump continues to utter quotes in this way in live television: “I said we will try to remove food. Right? Old -fashioned term, but a beautiful term. Eggs.”
Okay. Have we tried to nap?
President Donald Trump signed executive orders and proclamations in the White House Oval Cabinet on April 9, 2025.
At a recent cabinet meeting, he exploded something for companies that build their own power plants with artificial intelligence: “We leave it to people to build their own power plants. Many of them are built with AI and beyond AI. We leave them to build their own power. It has never been done before.”
Chips!
Even the people who like Trump begin to get why others don’t
Opinion: With Tariff Reenoround, Trump shows that he is the most brilliant president in history
Such quotes could explain why 51% of people in the Yougov survey, who approve of the work that Trump was doing, said “they can understand why anyone would not approve of the way Donald Trump is dealing with his job.”
This number is amazing. More than half of Trump’s usual supporters are like, “Yes, I like it, but I definitely understand why not.”

Of those who do not approve of Trump’s performance, 74% say they can’t understand how anyone would think anything else.
Collect these two groups together and you have many Americans who agree that Trump is doing a bad job.
Trump remains fascinated by “groceries”. This is not great.
In the same poll by the majority that does not approve of Trump, 78% said: “There is almost nothing that President Trump could do to win my approval.”
They must have heard it in the oval office that day, saying about the Great Lakes: “I guess the lakes are interconnected.”
The demonstrators gather in the National Mall for national “hands!” A protest against US President Donald Trump and his advisor, CEO of Tesla Elon Musk, in Washington, Colombia District, on April 5, 2025.
Or maybe they listened to it on April 2, when he proudly advertised his default of the word “grocery”, saying: “An old-fashioned term we use-food goods. I used it in the campaign. This is such an old-fashioned term, but a beautiful term. It says a bag with different things.”
Jimin Cricket, the cheese has slid so far from this man’s cracker that he hit the floor and the dog ate it. For the protocol, and that’s how we are clear, the word “groceries” does not mean “a bag of different things in it”.
Trump, the fool, does not mislead anyone
To help, I will provide America with a real old -fashioned term: bobolyne. Refers to a fool.
Trump’s presidency is not yet 100 days. But in Word and Deed and apparently in the eyes of the public, he has already come out with full Bobolin.
