After receiving two additional checks on the security income in February, the beneficiaries will receive their payment in April in the normal time – but May be more strangeness to pay.
Usually, SSI checks hit the first month unless the date landed on a federal holiday or weekend. April 1 is Tuesday, so then SSI checks will arrive.
About 7.4 million Americans who can be disabled or have limited resources receive monthly payments for SSI benefits. About one -third of those receiving SSI also receive social security.
Traditional social security payments – for those who are older or retired – are issued for most recipients on Wednesday throughout the month. So if your date of birth falls between the first and 10th of the month, you are paid on the second Wednesday of the month; Between the 11th and 20s you were paid on the third Wednesday and if you were born after the 20th month, you receive payment on the fourth Wednesday of the month, according to the calendar of the Social Security Administration.
Recipients who started receiving social security before May 1997 are paid on the 3rd of the month -and if they also receive SSI, that compensation comes on the 1st.

In May, SSI recipients will receive two checks: SSI’s payment in May will be issued on May 1, according to the SSA calendar and the SSI payment in June 30 – payments are issued early as June 1 falls on the weekend.
This means that in June, as it was in March, the beneficiaries of SSI will not receive payment during this calendar month.
The Quirk calendar reappears in August, when the recipients of SSI will receive two checks – the payment in August 1 August and the September payment on August 29 – but there is no payment in the calendar month of September.
SSI recipients will also receive two inspections in October, but not one during the November calendar, according to the SSA calendar.
Additional security checks will be sent on the following dates in 2025, according to the SSA calendar.
