The sun issued its refusal in a statement by the CEO of Communications Stacey Mitch on Tuesday in response to a case brought by former Suns Security General Director Gene Taylor.

On Wednesday, Kenningham issued a separate statement about social media, which denied “unfaithful and extremely harmful” statements made by someone “I don’t know and have never met.”
“I am deeply saddened by the last false accusations against me by Jean Trailer, someone I don’t know and never met,” said Cunningham’s statement. “Let me be clear that his claims are false and extremely harmful. …
“I will not allow the unfaithful gossip to focus on what is most important to me, which is basketball, my supporting team and my fans.”
Trailore, a current Sunny employee, filed a lawsuit against the team last week, claiming discrimination, harassment and revenge. ESPN first reported the trial. The allegation of an affair between Barttenstein and Cunningham is mentioned in the past, but is not at the center of the case.
In the court case, Trailler claims that the solar has dismantled him from his role as Director for the Management of Safety, Security and Risk after he has presented a presentation to the management, emphasizing repeated alleged security gaps around solar and mercury. According to the court case, these gaps included unsuccessful security tests in which law enforcement officers are able to enter the Phx Arena of weapons and knife teams.

Cunningham played six seasons with Mercury from 2019 to 2024. Mercury traded Cunningham in the non -season of the fever in Indiana. Bartatein is married and was a professional head of Cunningham as CEO of both The Suns and Mercury.

Tuesday’s statement by The Suns is following previous statements attacking the case and lawyer Sherry Wright. Wright is a lawyer for the claimants in four court cases, who have been filed against The Suns in November by current and former employees.
The sun repeatedly accused Wright of “trying to blackmail” franchise and summoned the allegations of the case brought by Trailor “delusion” in a previous Mitch statement.
“Da Wright and her client have raised absurd accuses in violation of the Phoenix Suns Security Division,” Mitch’s statement said. “These claims are misled and categorically false.”
Wright issued a statement to Front Office Sports in response to Mitch’s statements.
“I’m not interested in the dispute about it in the media,” the statement said. “I will answer in court – where evidence, not titles, decide the result.”
Mitch’s statement has accused Wright of continuing to “insert salty lies and fabrications into her complaints.”
