Former ABC News correspondent Terri Moran has admitted this week that his longtime employer has been “biased” against President Donald Trump because the Newsroom is filled with adherents of liberals and lacks “diversity in terms of view.”
Moran, who spent nearly 28 years in ABC News, had dropped out of the June exit after attacking President Donald Trump and White House assistant Stephen Miller on social media. He now offers his comment on Substack and wrote a look at the future of CBS News after FCC chairman Brandon Carr said the inbound property would apply Ombudsman to “eradicate bias” last week when he approved a long -term merger.
“Let’s talk about bias. I worked at ABC News for almost 28 years, and I proudly say that,” Moran wrote on his sub -stop on Tuesday. “But: Have we been prejudiced? Yes. I would almost inadvertently say. ABC News has the same problem as many leading cultural institutions do in America: a lack of diversity in terms.”

Former ABC News correspondent Terri Moran has admitted that his longtime employer is “prejudiced” and lacks “diversity in terms”.
Moran explained that ABC News was led by “white men” when he joined the network, but the ownership of Disney news organizations made an effort to increase diversity to change the company “for the better”.
“But there was one way ABC would not change or diversify. It’s no secret. There are hardly people who support Donald Trump in ABC News,” Moran wrote.

“And this is obliged to affect the coverage, not so much by the malicious biases … But more than what is a kind of deafness,” Moran continued. “The old news units do not hear many of the votes of the country because these voices are not in the Newsroom. Yes, the news teams come out with a microphone and a camera and adapt people to Trump’s rallies;
Moran added that this could “sound strange”, coming from someone shown the anti-Trump outburst, but he played a devil’s advocate for Trump’s critics in ABC News.
“But inside the news, I had a reputation to try to make colleagues to see the other side, to go a mile in Maga’s shoes, to recognize the democratic forces that Donald Trump made a dominant political figure of our time,” Moran wrote. “So, yes, from my point of view, the old news networks are prejudiced.”
ABC News did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
ABC News Insider says there was no “alternative” except for the network to fire Terry Moran over Anti-Trump Post
Moran’s dismissal came less than six weeks after he interviewed Trump as part of the main major in ABC, celebrating Trump’s first 100 days of service. Trump has repeatedly concealed Moran for his various interrogation lines.
Moran was applied by ABC News in June, just before his network contract expires after he called Trump and Miller World Class Hatters.
“The thing in Stephen Miller is not that he is the brain behind Trumpism,” Moran began his post. “Yes, he is one of the people who conceptualize the impulses of the trump movement and translates them into politics. But this is not interesting for Miller. This is not a brain. This is bile.”
“Miller is a man who is richly gifted with the ability to hatred. He is a world -class frost,” Moran writes. “You can only see this by looking at him, because you can see that his hate is his spiritual nourishment. He eats his hatred.”
Moran’s post continued to call Trump and “world -class frost” but added that “his hatred [is] only a means of achieving an end and that end [is] His own glorification. This is his spiritual nourishment. “
ABC News staff is disappointed with Terry Moran’s “very stupid” attack against Trump that resulted in a stopping
An ABC News employee told Fox News Digital that Moran was loved by his colleagues and insisted that he was not some “psycho liberal” like the X publication, which caused his shooting he could offer.
Moran said he did not regret the anti -shim post on social media.
