Cartier Watch ‘Bibe’ Over Seaside Tower Spory

According to a dispute over a remarkable Maritime Tower, he led to a “probable” attempt at bribe, including Cartier Watch and secret records, according to court documents.

The Supreme Court heard one of the parties to the case even blocked the entrance to a home for care with his car to make his opponent talk to him.

The case is focused on the property and financial arrangements associated with the Atlantis Tower in Grand Yarmouth, Norfolk.

The man, called in the civil court as an individual who suggested Cartier’s clock, Sotiris Christophi, said: “The proposal that this is a bribe or has had some wrong purpose is completely contrary to my understanding and intention.”

The court listened to how the Christoff, an accountant, and Dr. Sanja Causal, a homeowner owner, fell after jointly funded the purchase and reconstruction of the tower in November 2021.

They did this through a company called RP Design and Construction Limited (RPD).

Cristofi brought the case, claiming that he and Dr. Causal have agreed to divide ownership of the company equally in an oral agreement.

Dr. Causal denied this and stated that the financial contributions of G -N Christophi was a loan, not an investment.

Supreme Court’s Deputy Privacy Saire Salimi rejected the claim of G -N Christophi.

The Atlantis Tower stood as a landmark on the Grand Sea coast of Yarmut since its construction in the 1960s.

The intention was to turn the upper floors into 18 residential apartments and then sell them.

This section of the property had previously been used as a hotel.

“Blocking Login”

Until the beginning of 2023, Dr. Causal and his ex -friend, D -n -Christophi, were in serious disagreement with the project.

Cristofi had begun to behave “aggressively and unfounded,” said Dr. Causal and that he was feeling intimidated.

There were heated meetings and telephone calls, secretly recorded by G -H Christophi, he told the court.

It is alleged that at one point this includes G -N Christophi, who publishes negative reviews for a care home owned by D -C causal and even blocks his entrance by car.

This last incident was a pressure tactic to make Dr Causal talk to him, he listened to the court.

Causal also claims that he was even prevented physically from leaving a room during a meeting between the couple.

D -n Christophi said to the BBC: “I absolutely reject any proposal that I intended to intimidate or act unfounded”

“I sought dialogue, nothing more, and when this dialogue was repeatedly denied, I did what I believed I needed to be heard,” he added.

In April 2023, Christopher gave a Cartier clock to the owner of the company, brought for renovation of the property, Besnik Ademaj, and transferred 50,000 British pounds to the company to G -N -ADEMAJ.

It is alleged by D -C causal that this had to make D -n Ademage transfer his shares to RPD.

Cristofi claims that the clock and money are a gesture of trust and friendship designed to show goodwill during their discussions on transferring shares.

Subsequently, the clock and the money were returned, according to the decision.

Judge Salimi said “in the balance of probabilities” attempted bribe “, which has not led to success.”

Cristofi, 53 -year -old, also known as Steve, is linked to a company in Norich at the center of tax fraud allegations.

The BBC revealed last year how the green jellyfish were attacked by HM (HMRC) revenue and customs officers and a number of arrests made.

The company’s internal documents describe G -n Christophi as an interested participant in the company currently winding up.

Data on the companies’ house show an overlap between the business of G -H -Cristofi and the green jellyfish, including shared premises.

Cristofi said he had always been involved in “legal and integrity”.

“I respect the rule of law and respect the decision, even where I can feel that parts of my side of history remain unsolved,” he added.
