White House press secretary Caroline Levit was inspiring during the Fox News statement on Monday morning that the Trump administration had not made a mistake when deporting Maryland Kilmar Father Abrego Garcia.
Both the Ministry of Justice and Immigration and the application of customs acknowledged that Abrego Garcia had been sent to Salvador because of an “administrative error”.
However, Levitic stepped back into this idea on Monday, saying, “We have not made a mistake. We have always maintained that it is an individual who had to be deported from our country.”
“The president swore to the US public that he would deport illegal criminals, and especially those who participated in violent gangs such as MS-13, who have terrorized American communities,” she added.
Abrego Garcia, who was born in El Salvador, was deported and imprisoned in Megaprison last month. The administration officials said in a court panel that the deportation was due to an “administrative error”. Abrego Garcia was provided with protective status in the United States
This meant that a judge could order him to be deported, but the US could not send him to Salvador because of safety concerns.

The lawyer at the Ministry of Justice, who acknowledged that the mistake was subsequently released. Last week, the deputy head of politics, Stephen Miller, said: “The only mistake that was made is a lawyer to put an incorrect line in legal submission, which has since been released from an obligation.”
However, Ice also said deportation was a “mistake”.
The case gained new attention after the visit of El Salvador from Maryland Senator Democratic Chris Van Holen, who met with Abrego Garcia, who said he had been moved from Megaprina to another facility.
Levitt has repeatedly said that abbro Garcia will not return to the United States, even when democratic legislators have summoned to his return and the court orders have stated that he should be returned, including by the Supreme Court, which ordered the White House to “make it easier” to return. Levitus claims that Abrego Garcia is part of the MS-13, despite little evidence to support it.
“The Democrats Party, who believes they will return this foreign terrorist to the United States, to live a peaceful and happy life that will never happen,” she told Fox News.

Levitic called Abrego Garcia “illegitimate foreigner” and “foreign terrorist”, adding that he is “a member of the Gang of the Criminal MS-13, which violates the laws of our country by coming here to the first.”
She also called Van Holen “and the whole party of the Democrats, who wasted Easter Sunday, dealing with every television show in the country to advocate for the return of an illegal member of the criminal gang.”
“There is litan of evidence proving this individual’s relationships with MS-13, which has been confirmed in two different courts,” she said. “There are numerous law enforcement officers who have confirmed its MS-13 affiliation and this is the Democratic Party. It’s ridiculous.”
Four domestic Democrats, Rep. Yasamam Ansari from Arizona, Maxine Dexter from Oregon, Maxwell Frost of Florida and Robert Garcia of California travel to El Salvador on Sunday to advocate for the abre Garcia.
“To see the Trump administration so rudely and disgusting to oppose the Supreme Court and not to comply with the proper process is extremely disturbing to me,” Ansari told Associated PressS “Even with all the illegal actions we’ve seen in the last few months, I think this is what terrifies me most when it comes to the future of our democracy.”
