A high -profile real estate developer was found fatally shot in Belize over the weekend, and police claim that this could be the result of professional shock work by a disgruntled business associate, according to local reports.
The 56 -year -old Boris Mansfeld was found lying down the floor of his yard on Friday night with a bullet wound in the back of the head, local media Breaking News Belize (BNB) reported.
The deadly incident took place in the villas at Kokople at Maya Beach, a luxury Mansfeld villa has helped to build the small Central American country. In 2010, he set up his own development company in Belize, Boris Mansfeld and associates, four years after moving to the country constantly with his family.

Police Commissioner Chester Williams told reporters that Mansfeld’s death has all the hallmarks of a purposeful hit, adding that the exact motive remains unclear, BNB reported.
