April 11 (Upi) – The family of five from Spain, killed in a helicopter crash in New York, has hired sightseeing company as part of a birthday party for one of the children, officials said on Friday.
The Bell 206 Sightsee helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near Manhattan around 3:15 pm EDT on Thursday, killing the family and pilot. He took off from a Wall Street helicopter.
The bodies of all six on board were restored from the water.
Agustin Escobar, the senior executive director of the technology company, based in German Siemens, his wife Mers Camprobi Montal and their three young children, were killed.
The pilot has not been identified.

The family arrived in New York from Barcelona earlier during the day, sources of law enforcement organizations told New York Post.
Escobar was in New York for business and his family flies to New York to “extend the trip for a few days in New York”, Jersey City Mayor Stephen Fulop, published on X.
