Scott Harrison’s weight crawled like a father with a busy work schedule.

At 42, he decided to learn about nutrition and get in shape without counting calories.

He is now a personal trainer and manages a coaching business for fat loss.
Scott Harrison clearly remembers that he looked at the other parents at school at school in December 2015 and believes that everyone looks unhealthy. “What example was this setting for their children?” He thought.
“Then I looked at myself and realized that I was one of them,” the father of three from the United Kingdom told Business Insider.
It was the turning point that Harrison saw weakening by focusing on three things: eating nutritious, whole foods; Learning about how caloric foods are free of calories; And not to eliminate the treats of his diet.
The 51 -year -old Harrison shared how he went into shape and maintained his physics for a decade, without giving up delicacies or alcohol and how he started a business to help others do the same.

Harrison’s weight crawled over the decades
Harrison begins his working life as a merchant in London and he has been working hard and has been playing hard for nine years.
“All the while I would be taken out of brokers and I could choose any restaurant. One of my favorite dishes was a steak covered with Stilton cheese, and the consumption of alcohol was terribly bad,” he said.
At that time, Harrison didn’t think about his health – he just wanted to have fun. Now, he said, he realizes that “he is negatively at my body.”
After leaving the banking, Harrison has worked with various jobs in his 30s and 40s, including the opening of a small chain of sled and beauty salons, a jewelry store and a double-headed company.
Work and parenting were held by Harrison busy, and he usually skips breakfast and then eats food, such as sausage rolls (sweets full of sausage meat) and sandwiches on the go. In the evening, he and his wife enjoyed at least one glass of wine and generally shared a bottle on weekends.
“We have children; we didn’t fall or felt drunk,” Harrison said. “You do not realize that alcohol has gazilion calories.”
He also eats large portions of food and would order any starter on the menu when eating outside.

Harrison knew he would be healthier and feel more energy if he weakened, but his attempts usually consisted of eating a ham packet for dinner that never works. “I didn’t know what I was doing,” he said, adding that he thought the ham package, which was a relatively small amount of food, was the answer.
Registered nutritionists and nutritionists have previously told BI that in order to lose weight resistant, people need to focus on eating various whole foods with balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats, plus a lot of fiber to feel complete and nourished. Focusing large volume foods that take up a lot of space on your plate for relatively few calories can also help.
Focus on whole foods
At 42, the revelation of Harrison’s school prompted him to make his New Year’s 2016 New Year’s resolution to take shape for 90 days. The goal? “Take six packs, the best male visual,” he said.
Harrison didn’t have much training regime, but he started running and beating battle ropes in the garden. “At first, I could run one kilometer,” he said.
His purposeful diet was simply to eat as many nutritional foods, including lots of chicken, fish and vegetables.
Harrison learned about the diet of the anti -inflammatory area and simplified his principles for counting specific amounts of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. He does not count calories, but learned about them. For example, it is more saving with olive oil when cooking.
To help behave responsible, Harrison posted on Facebook for his purpose, and 36 of his friends and followers decided to join him. “I have 19 to the final,” Harrison said.
He did not offer eating plans, recipes or training regimens at that time, but he was glad to motivate others to achieve their goals. So he did it again later that year. This eventually made Harrison launch his coaching business revolution in six packs. (However, he acknowledges that the name is a reversal for those who do not strive for six packs, so he rebrands.)
Harrison is already a qualified personal trainer and also has a registered nutritionist, psychotherapist and primary care doctor in his team.
Harrison believes that what you eat does 80% of the difference in weight loss, so he focuses on eating and thinking with clients, with a slighter emphasis on training.

Harrison received his six-packed gradually and his healthy diet became his way of life.
“I looked like a werewolf and felt like him,” Harrison said. “I could stop cars with bare hands. That’s how I felt.”
His diet is now less strict, but he maintained his physics (he never weighs himself, as he prefers not to focus on numbers) by eating mostly nutritious foods without depriving himself of what he likes.
A healthy lifestyle involves accidental treatment
Harrison is opposed to reducing calories too low because it is unstable. Instead, he encourages people to focus on nutritious, filling, full -fledged foods in reasonable quantities.
“I teach everyone how to store their results and I still party twice a week, which is the best for me of both worlds,” Harrison said. “So if you want some chocolate or pint or curry with girls or anything else, it will bounce out of you because your body is already a machine that burns fuel efficiently.”
The coupon may mean going to an actual party or you can enjoy a bath with ice cream on the couch with your children. Either way, Harrison stressed that it is important for durability to be able to enjoy your life.
“Everything you have ever been, everything you right now, and everything you have to become, relies on your health,” Harrison said. “Because if you don’t have this, you have nothing.”
