President Donald Trump’s team spent a lot of energy on Monday in an unfamiliar territory: on the wrong side of the lost battle against extreme conspiracy theorists in America.
The press secretary Carolyn Levit was the face of the efforts of her Daily News briefing. But if Levitus is looking for who nourishes the speculation about the dead financier of New York and the sexual criminal who appeared on the camera that prompts him with his boss, she must remember: the call comes from (the white) house.
Epstein died in the federal arrest in 2019 while waiting for a second prosecution for his long -standing sexual trafficking for minor girls. His death is managed suicide.
A new note from the Ministry of Justice and the FBI states that Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “customer list” and did not find reliable evidence of blackmail (the Register of Sex Criminals in New York)
At the News News briefing, the White House spokeswoman Spari with Peter Dutsi of Fox (another short inexpensive grass for her) about whether or not General Prosecutor Pam Bondi pointed to “Epstein’s List” when she told an interviewer that she was “on my desk” earlier this year.
This remark from Bondi, made during an interview with Fox News, has caused a headache for the administration as it publishes a report stating that Epstein died of suicide and did it without creating a list of powerful men directly involved in his sexual crimes related to minors.
The FBI and the Ministry of Justice have released videos that agencies say that no one from the outside has entered the common area at the detention facility where Epstein was kept in Manhattan during the timeframe when he was imprisoned in his cell for the evening and the next morning.

After Doocy quoted Bondi directly, Levitus replied, “Yes. She said the whole of all the documents, all the paper related to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes.” Previous lawsuits have revealed the names of men related to Epstein, but no final evidence has emerged linking specific people with crimes other than Epstein and his convicted “Madam”, Gislain Maxwell.
This, of course, does not satisfy online followers of Epstein news and rumors about the powerful figures with which he is in contact. The intrigue for the arrest and death of Epstein in custody was recharged with a video of him with now President Donald Trump and his extensive known relations with a wide range of powerful people and institutions, which he cultivated through his financial great. Other figures with famous relationships with Epstein include former President Bill Clinton, British Prince Andrew and the Harvard University institution, where he maintains an office and visits campus after his sexual crime sentence in 2008.
The Note’s edition follows Elon Musk’s accusations that Donald Trump was in the Epstein Dossier, with Musk responding strongly to new discoveries (NBC News)
Elon Musk, during his public, falling with the President last month, Tweets, and then deleted a message accusing Trump of being in the Epstein Dossier and stated that this is the reason why the list of famous clients of Epstein is not released. His opportunistic accusation served to preserve the story in the minds of many and forced the refusal of Vice President JD Vance. He renewed his efforts to press that connection after the administration’s announcement.
“First of all, absolutely not. Donald Trump did nothing wrong with Jeffrey Epstein,” Vance said in a podcast on Theo von. “Whatever Democrats and the media say about it, it’s completely BS.”
On Monday, Epstein was the biggest trend in the X/Twitter. Laura Lomer, one of Trump’s White House guests and a semi-advisor responsible for clearing the loyalty of the National Security Council, was in a spitting brand spitting, as he accused Bondi of “incompetence”.
“@Agpambondi has to resign for the lie of the American people,” Loomer tweets on Monday afternoon.
There is no doubt: Trumpworld has lost the story of this one. But there is a reason why: this is a beast (partly) of your own creation.
While Vance is now in the uncomfortable place to defend his boss from speculation, he was once one of the cheerleaders of the conspiracy itself, and not just as a one -off: it was during his previous statement in the podcast of the von that the Vice President, then the Senator, told his host: “We must let go of Epstein [client] List. “
And on the X, Vance was even more albi, criticizing Biden’s administration for the investigation. At the end of 2021, only months before he continued to become a GOP nominee for the Senate in Ohio, the Hillbilly Elegy writer retreated the Pizzagi Conspiracy Theoretics, which became an attachment to Trumpworld, Jack Otobik.

“What kind of interest would the US Government have to keep Epstein’s customers a secret?
In a second, a longer rent aimed at another of Mag’s favorite goals, he added: “If you are a journalist and do not ask questions about this case, you should be ashamed of yourself. What purpose even serves?
There are two lessons to take here: one that even Maga’s White House cannot ignite conspiracy after the right is attached to it; And second, this Vance made a serious mistake in court, when in October 2024, one week and six days before the election day, he was presented with the choice of whether to ignite or not on the flames of conspiracy involving his own running half.
Vance, then Senator of the United States, knew better. Instead of finally confirming the alleged existence of the Epstein Customer List – from which his team denies existence – he could refuse to speculate. Or he could take DOJ by his word, given how likely it was at the moment he would defend the word in the future.
But at that time, it was still a problem for Joe Biden’s justice and Kamala Harris’s legacy as a “White House prosecutor.”
Now this lack of prediction is returning to bite it.
