President Donald Trump is worried about face masks (and California, although it’s nothing new). He posted to the Truth Social a lot for the protesters who wear them.
I mean really worried.
The masks live in his mind without rent.
But as you may have noticed from countless photos and videos that flood the news and social media from raids and ice raids protests, a certain group of people like to cover their faces.

People were in a hurry to point out Trump’s hypocrisy for masked protesters, while categorically supporting law enforcement officers who often use faces to help conceal their identity on the camera (and to be “directed by known and suspect members of the gang, and forces,”

This man replied to Trump’s comment that protesters have something to “hide” behind masks, asking, “Why don’t you ask the masked ice agents who are also in ordinary clothes many times and fail to identify?”
“Protesters can’t wear masks, but ice agents can,” someone said. “Fascist says what?”
“Why is it bad for protesters to wear masks, but good for ice agents when they abduct people?” This man asked.

Country star Casey Musgraves also weighs herself, saying that if protesters are not able to wear masks, “ice should not be able to do it.”
Some people have even planted that Trump’s order to “arrest people in face masks” should also be applied to the other side.
The progressive outcome now this impact also twists on the subject, citing how masks can help mitigate the effects of smoke and tear gas.
It is important to note that there is a huge difference in Why Protesters wear masks unlike law enforcement agencies. Not only masking can help with tear gas, often deployed by protest staff, but this is a safety measure used by many immunocompromised people to combat Covid and other infections.
Other protesters wear masks to make it difficult for law enforcement agencies to use any protest photos or videos to identify them (and possibly arrested) in the future.
This conversation was renewed on Instagram after the politically motivated murder of the state representative Minnesota Melissa Hortman, the murder of her husband, and the attempt to kill the state senator Minnesota John Hoffman, and an attempt to kill his wife. The New York Times published on this on Saturday, reporting that the shootings were carried out by a “man who pretends to be a police officer.”
People immediately made the connection with the conversation about masked protesters against law enforcement. This man called for “badges and naked faces, now.”
And this man feared that masked employees set a dangerous precedent for who could claim that they were law enforcement.
