“It was a really long way for my customers,” Aaron Osten, a lawyer representing two Jane, who gave testifying the big jury and is now ready to receive financial settlements, he told before Rolling stoneS “It’s almost as close to closing as we can get for our victims.”

Osten says his clients – who claim that Jeremy Kernell and attacked them at the West Hollywood bar in 2016 and 2019, sticking out his hand at his shirts, grabbing his chest and aggressively pinching or twisting his nipples without consent – never fell in their pursuit. Women say the staff at the bar knew Jeremy, born Ronald Jeremy Haat, was a predator and either allowed him or chose to look the other way.

“They passed a lot. First, they testified to the big jury. Then they were released when they learned that Ron Jeremy had been released and released on the basis of his mental state. But they were lingering and pursuing civil affairs,” Osten said. “They were committed to making sure that someone was responsible.

Osten declined to share the amounts of the settlements, saying they were confidential. He called the Global Resolution “Group Efforts”.

The 72 -year -old Hayat was originally charged in 2020 for raping four women. The case quickly exploded with additional claims. He was charged in August 2021 on 34 sexual attacks involving 21 victims, including minors. The accusations, dating back in 1996, included women and girls ranging from the age of 15 to 51 years.

Although Hiat’s criminal case was short -backed by his medical condition, court cases against Rainbow Bar & Grill, owned by a company called Rockin ‘Horse, went on. At a hearing in Santa Monica, California, on Tuesday, which aimed to consolidate cases of trial, the horse’s lawyer Rockin ‘declared the width of the settlements.

“All these cases went to mediation and all of them are settled,” Michael Moss told Attrons to Los Angeles County Judge Mark Epstein. “The settlement agreements in all these cases are now ready to send to the claimants’ attorneys. But it will take a little time to all finalize the documents and send the settlement checks.”

Following the hearing, Moss said Rainbow Bar & Grill still “categorically denies any misconduct” and “greatly disputes the responsibility and harm of the claimants’ disputes.” In a statement, the company said it had reached the confidential agreement as “a business decision, taking into account the costs related to a court dispute.” “There has never been a statement, neither civil, nor criminal, that Rainbow Bar & Grill have done something wrong or caused or contributed in some way to any suspected incidents related to Ron Jeremy while he was a patron at his establishment,” the company said.

Jane’s lawyers do who sued Rockin ‘Horse, did not respond immediately to requests for comment from Rolling stone Tuesday. Source tells Rolling stone This rock horse was covered by insurance on the subject.

“There were so many casualties. I don’t think Rockin’s horse has any dispute to make that they did not know that this was happening in their establishment,” Osten said. “This can be a problem in this type of cases where you judge an institution. They say,” How the hell can we know? “But when there are dozens of victims with the same perpetrator in the same circumstances, it is quite clear what is happening. “

The court cases against Rockin’s horse have accused the famous watering hole in negligence. They claimed that key staff at the establishment knew that Hyatt was a danger to the clientele and still allowed him to enter the premises and even get access to limited areas, such as the employee bathroom. Prosecutors have said earlier that eight of Hyatt’s alleged criminal attacks have taken place in the rainbow and grill.

Hayat’s criminal case was terminated last year after a judge determined that “there was no essential that the defendant would be restored to competence.” He is still facing a civil case by a woman who claims to have drugged her at Rainbow Bar & Grill and then took her out of the bar and at the discard while she was clearly intoxicated. The woman claims that Hayat attacked her in an apartment. The civil trial was set for December 2026. The lawyer representing Hiat’s property did not respond to a request for comment.
