Waukesha, wis.A 35-year-old man from Wokesha and a former Lutheran High School teacher in Wisconsin has been accused of sexual crimes with a teenager. The defendant is Justin Liepert – and he faces the following criminal censuses:

What we know

According to the criminal appeal, a police detective in Woakes contacted on November 24, 2024 with a 16-year victim of minors. This person reported that he had communicated with an adult man through an application called “daughter -in -law” between February and March 2024. This teenager also communicated with the same man on Snapchat and Telegram. The victim describes the elderly man “as a married, Lutheran teacher at school,” the complaint said. The teenager said he had met the defendant “about three or four times,” the complaint said.

When the detective checked the defendant’s account Snapchat, it was discovered that “he is a teacher at a Lutheran school.” The complaint continues to say that “the records show that the user explains that he teaches 9-12 grade in a private school.” He also shows “receiving the defendant from several sexually explicit videos” from the victim of the teenager, “the complaint said.

The detective interviewed the defendant on February 13, 2025. The defendant advised that he had an account at Snapchat and Sniffies. The defendant pointed out that he did not have his death account because he had deleted it a few weeks before, the complaint said.

The law enforcement agencies conducted the criminalism by phone of the defendant. He “revealed that the defendant’s card application announced the residence of the defendant (victim)” in one day in March 2024 and two days in May 2024.

“On Friday, February 14, our administration was informed by the Sheriff Department of Wokesha County that an WLHS employee was in custody for illegal activity. The employee is absent from school on Friday and will not be admitted back to the premises.

“Since then, we have stopped the work of this man with WLHS, as he is accused of illegal activity that grossly violates the conditions of our Code of Conduct in WLHS.

“Although we have no reason to believe that the situation included all WLHS students, we pray for all victims. Our school family is stunning and sad by this discovery. Fox6 News turned to Wisconsin Lutheran high school to clarify the title and role of Lipert in the school. The officials said in 2020, Lipert was hired as a high school teacher. In June 2021, the previous librarian at the school and Liepert had a background and qualification to take on the role of a librarian to fill this vacancy.

Liepert appeared his original in court of Wowsha County on Monday, February 17th. The monetary bond was set at $ 5,000.
